About Linn-Benton Food Share: Each year, LBFS provides millions of pounds of food to our local community through a network of 68 non-profit partners. These include food pantries, meal sites, gleaning groups, and supplemental agencies throughout the two counties.

Last Year's Food Fund Drive Impact on Linn-Benton Food Share: WVMLS was able to provide 64,200 meals to neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Every dollar donated allows LBFS to provide the equivalent of 6 meals.

About Marion-Polk Food Share: Every month, more than 46,000 people – including 15,000 children – will access emergency food through the Marion Polk Food Share partner network. This food may be a hot meal served at a shelter, a free community meal served at a church, or an emergency food box from a food pantry. This nutritious food will help children and adults learn, work, and thrive.

Last Year's Food Fund Drive Impact on Marion-Polk Food Share: WVMLS was able to provide 10,248 meals to neighbors experiencing food insecurity. Every dollar donated allows MPFS to provide the equivalent of 3 meals.​
 

About Oregon Humane Society: Oregon Humane Society is making a difference in the lives of animals and people across Oregon. They are helping to create a community where all animals are treated with compassion, kindness, and respect. In 2023 Oregon Humane Society adopted over 11,595 animals.

Last Year's Food Fund Drive Impact on Oregon Humane Society: WVMLS was able to provide $2,416 to go towards food, vaccinations, shelter, medical care, transportation, and emergency animal rescue teams.

This year, donors have the option to support three incredible charities: Marion-Polk Food Share, Linn-Benton Food Share, and the Oregon Humane Society. To make your contribution go even further, we're excited to announce WVMLS will be matching donations. We'll match donations up to $10,000 for both Linn-Benton Food Share and Marion-Polk Food Share, and up to $7,500 for the Oregon Humane Society. Want to skip the online stuff and write a check instead? No problem! Checks payable to Marion Polk Food Share, Oregon Humane Society, or Linn Benton Food Share can be mailed or delivered to WVMLS. All donations received at WVMLS by Saturday, November 30th, 2024, will be eligible for WVMLS matching funds.
