Here are some resources that will help fix the common problems you may encounter.

When you first approach a lockbox, remember to always turn ON your Bluetooth Lockbox before trying to Open the Shackle or Obtain the Key. Do this by pressing up on the bottom on the Lockbox. You will see a flashing red light on the front of the Lockbox when it is on.

If Bluetooth Lockbox is NOT opening, try “closing” your apps on your iPhone or Android OR turn the phone off and back on.
