WVMLS is a Member-Owned MLS. To get access for you and your office, the following documentation will need to be filled out. 

There is a one time fee of $2,000 with the option of putting $500 down and making $100 (interest-free) payments towards the $2,000. WVMLS Principal Broker monthly dues are $75 ($30 office fee + $45 license broker fee) and come out on the 1st of every month (auto pay required). Each licensee is $45 dollars plus a one-time $50 new broker fee.  WVMLS office membership is non-transferable.
