Existing keyholders can now obtain a new authorization code from SupraWEB, Mobile SupraWEB, or from your WVMLS Membership Services. Examples of when you may need a new authorization code:
Changing the device you use your eKEY® on (i.e. from a phone to a tablet)
Upgrading to a new device
Restoring the eKEY® app to your device
