If you have recently exchanged out your Supra DisplayKEY for the Supra eKEY mobile app, you might have some old Supra DisplayKEY cradle software on your Windows computer that you no longer need. You know if you have this software if you are getting a little pop-up window that says "Getting Status..." every time you start up your computer.
This video shows you how to uninstall that Supra DisplayKEY cradle software which will get rid of the "Getting Status..." pop-up window.
Please note:
The Supra DisplayKEY cradle software was only compatible with Windows computers. If you work on a Mac, there is nothing you need to do.
If you don't know what the Supra DisplayKEY is or have never owned one, there is nothing you need to do.
Uninstalling this software is totally optional! Keeping the Supra DisplayKEY cradle software on your computer doesn’t harm anything or take up a lot of space. WVMLS created this video for those who want to get rid of that “Getting Status…” pop-up window :)
