New Commercial Features Category & Updated Forms Available Now

In our commitment to constantly improve your WVMLS we have added a new Features Category for the Commercial class.

The new category is "Suitable For: Other" with the option of "Other Refer to Remarks"

This will allow members the ability to better specify a unique purpose behind the Commercial property.

NEW Residential, Bareland, and Commercial forms have been made available on WVMLS.com and Paragon under MLS Documents they are marked with a *Updated March 2024* indicator.

These forms have the latest revisions (including the "Suitable For: Other" addition mentioned above), they are being made available in conjunction with the older versions until May 1st when they will be the only versions available.
