PSA: Recent incident involving a vacant property.

In light of a two recent incidents at vacant properties for sale, where numerous items were reported taken, WVMLS urges all members to take the precautions below:

Regular Checks: Make it a routine to regularly inspect vacant properties, especially after showings.

Locks & Keys: Always ensure all entry points (doors, windows) are securely locked after every visit. Regularly update locks and consider using lockboxes with secure codes.
