WVMLS, as a Member-Owned company, works for YOU! We try to keep our “rule-making” centered around three things: 1) Membership 2) Clean Data and 3) Cooperation & Compensation. We do not regulate whether or not Members can/should hold open houses and broker tours, or show property, etc. Each Broker/Brokerage has the right (and responsibility) to develop their own emergency practices and procedures, together with the Clients you serve. Our plan is to remain open (with a few safety tweaks) to continue to serve our Members’ needs. We wish you good health!
