BROKER TOURS

Broker Tours are a great way to prepare for weekend showings, stay on top of the market, network with colleagues, and show our devotion to our sellers, all while enjoying some goodies (maybe even winning a prize) and having some fun! 
 

(*Note:  Many offices have their own tour processes...these are in addition to those.)

Polk County Area Tour

  • 2nd Wednesday of the month from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

  • Tour will include homes in Monmouth, Independence, & Dallas.

  • The route will be emailed the day before the tour.

  • Email your listing to Vikki Hagar, C Cable Realty at ccableoffice@wvi.com tour submittals are due by 5:00 pm on the Monday before the tour.

  • Each home will need to have a host to open and lock up the home.

  • It will take the group 15-30 minutes to tour the home.

  • Contact Vikki Hagar, C Cable Realty at ccableoffice@wvi.com  to get on the schedule, and/or to get on the email tour notification list.

  • Realtors and affiliates are welcome!

  • The meeting place will be the first home listed on the Tour Route at 10:00 am.

  • Once you have toured the home you can move on to the next home on the route.

  • Please leave a business card at the home, tour all homes, and complete the feedback form.

  • Everyone who has completed the Tour and viewed each home on the route will be entered into a drawing.

Salem Tour

Linn / Benton Tour: 

  • Wednesdays

  •  Fill out a tour request sheet and email it to support@wvmls.com by Tuesday at 3 PM to get your listing on tour.

  • Tuesday night, pull the tour sheet (Instructions below) and join in on the fun!

  • To be added to the 9 a.m. Pre-Tour Zoom call (where you’ll have a chance to talk about your property), just email sam.alley@integrityagents.com. Then, use the Zoom link below to join in.

Woodburn and Surrounding Area Tour:

  • 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month

  • Meets at 10 AM at First American Title. Insurance, 681 Glatt Circle, Woodburn. 503-981-0016.

  • 6 properties maximum tour in one day, scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Tour submittals are due by Noon on the Monday proceeding tour.

  • Contact Jessica.mcneely@academymortgage.com  to get schedule, tour submittal form, and/or to get on the email tour notification list.

Silverton Tour:

  • Thursdays @ 9:30am (Upstairs in the Main Street Bistro)

  • Revolving sponsor. Coffee provided and occasionally snacks and learning.

  • Only Active Listings can be submitted, deadline is Tuesday by 5pm.

  • Call or Text Valerie Kofstad @ 503-873-1667 if needed.

  • The tour will be in a certain order and agents will tour caravan style.  A broker with a home on the tour is required to be present at the meeting and open up their home, and be present to answer any questions. No refreshments are required, but welcome.

  • The final order of the homes on tour each week will be emailed out to the entire email list late in the day on Wednesday. Tour is cancelled if there are no submissions.

  • The primary goal is to have the local broker's be aware of the market inventory and encourage good working relationships with eachother. There is not an official members, anyone can join.   • The meeting is open to Real Estate Industry affiliates like banks, mortgage brokers and title companies.

To Add Your Listing to Paragon's Tour Section:

  • In Paragon, pull up your listing and click More -> Maintain Listing

  • In the spreadsheet view, click Select an Action ->  Add/Edit Tour Listing

  • Click Add New Button

  • Fill in the Date, Times, and Comments sections and click Add

  • Your property will be featured on Paragon under Tours.

Pull/Print Paragon Tour Sheet

  • In Paragon, click on Search Icon on Main Menu 

  • In the middle column (header is Specialty Search), click on Tours and Open House

  • Fill in Begin and End Date Range and click Search

  • Click Print -> Print +

  • Click Print
