Home Style will be moving to features allowing listing agents to add 1 or more styles that fit, such as a 2 Story Townhome.
Dual Living is getting more options for better accuracy, new options include: ADU-Detached, ADU-Integrated, Hardship, No, Possible, Other (Refer to Remarks).
Zoning is having its character limit increased to accommodate the variety of Zoning labels.
NEW Fields:
Tenancy Type. Pick from Lease or Periodic
Tenancy Begin Date.
Tenancy End Date.
The addition of these fields will allow for better transparency and insight into Tenant occupied residences.
