Thrilled and Freaked! That's how we feel about the story we heard from our member today about a suspicious buyer that could have been a disaster, but ended well. Broker received a call from an "interested buyer" for a Rickreall property - claims he has lots of money, a very successful construction company and would be a cash buyer, but the red flags in his story just grew, and grew. Using our new Member Benefit, the broker "Forewarned" him using his phone number, and found that he had 74 (SEVENTY FOUR) possible criminal infractions, most of which were of a very dark nature. (Once he was told the broker would have to confirm his qualifications before meeting him, he ghosted.) What COULD have happened here did NOT happen thanks to our savvy and diligent broker.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL OUT THERE... and use all the tools you have available to you!!!!
