Please make sure to update at least the front exterior photo once a property has been built. The buyer may have changed things up or added upgrades that the rendering photos do not capture.
This allows your new construction sale to be used as a “comp” by appraisers and brokers (and keeps you in compliance with data accuracy requirements! ;)

Instructions:
Open the Homesnap app on your mobile device.
Press "Filter" on the search bar (at the top of the Homes/map screen).
Tap Status: Coming Soon, For Sale
Tap the “Agent Open Only” slider, and choose your time frame.
Press on "See Results".
