  • How do I upgrade from DisplayKEY® to eKEY®?
    Click hereto schedule your eKey® upgrade Phone Appointment – choose a one hour window beginning Monday, March 8, 2021, and we’ll call you!
  • Will I need to return my DisplayKEY® and cradle?
    No, because the old key is being retired. You can recycle it at the WVMLS office, or use your community’s electronic recycling program to dispose of the key and cradle.
  • Can I continue to use my DisplayKEY®?
    Yes, but only until your upgrade phone appointment, or Friday, March 26, 2021, whichever comes first.
  • Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my upgrade to eKEY®?
    Please be available by phone for your chosen phone appointment date and time. Click here to schedulea one hour window beginning Monday, March 8, 2021.
  • What is the monthly cost for the eKEY® app?
    The cost of eKEY® service is $11 per month, charged automatically to your debit or credit card.
  • Will the monthly key fee be on my WVMLS invoice?
    No, Supra bills directly. It will show up as an automatic monthly withdrawal on your debit or credit card statement.
  • How do I “update” the eKEY®? Do I use a cradle?
    No cradle required. One of the many benefits to using the eKEY® app is the fast and easy daily update using either your cellular data plan or a Wi-Fi connection. Tip: If you are going to be in an area with no reception, open the eKEY® app and click the “Update” button before going out to your appointment.
  • Will the FOB still be required?
    No. Now that the classic iBox has been retired, and those boxes replaced by Supra BT LE boxes, the Fob may be recycled.
  • Will I finally be able to give out a “one-day code?”
    Available April 2021! The eKEY® app supports a highly secure version of the “one-day code,” called Non-Member Access (NMA). Members can invite non-members to access their WVMLS lockbox through the eKEY® app. Watch your inbox for more information!
  • What phones or devices support the eKEY® app?
    It’s more about the operating system ON the device…the eKEY® app requires Android™ OS 5 or greater or Apple® iOS 10 or greater.
  • What devices are compatible with the eKEY® app?
    Android OS Requirements: Phones or tablets with OS 5 or newer Apple iOS Requirements: Phones or tablets with iOS 10 or newer The phone or tablet must be equipped with a cellular data plan (preferred) or Wi-Fi connection
  • I don’t use a smartphone. What are my options for using the eKEY® app?
    We’d love to suggest some options! Please call WVMLS Tech Support at 503-399-8657.
  • What if I’m going to a property where there’s no cell service?
    You can still use the eKEY® app in out-of-service areas. In this video, Supra explains how to keep your eKEY® app updated so you can open lockboxes practically anywhere, no cell service is required. Watch video
