Can I SHOW a PRE-Listing? - A PRE-Listing cannot be shown, even by the listing agent.
Can I TELL buyers about a PRE-Listing? You can tell buyers about a PRE-Listing, BUT read the Private Remarks carefully before sharing (emailing or printing) with your buyers.
Can I put a SIGN in the yard and/or use Coming Soon sign riders on a PRE-Listing? As long as the listing is in Paragon first, you can put signs in the yard.
