Willamette Valley MLS Bucks Inflationary Trend By Gifting Members $175K in December, 2021

Aptly titled “Dues-Free December,” current WVMLS members will get their December, 2021 monthly membership dues at no charge.
WVMLS has a 75-year history of its Board of Directors opting to funnel earnings back into its MEMBERS, either through dues reduction or upgrades in products and services.
In addition to the Dues Holiday, the WVMLS Board of Directors voted to a return $280,000 in key deposits to members, a major project completed in Q3, in conjunction with a key upgrade and a free lockbox exchange event in Q1, where 6,700 old lockboxes were exchanged for brand new ($90 value) BTLE lockboxes.
Overall, WVMLS saved, gifted or returned over $1 million to its Members in 2021. Other Membership benefits, schedule to be announced shortly, are rumored to include new forms, new fields, and even a few new products included in membership. Stay tuned!
