Double Your Donation Today! The Fourth WVMLS Food Fund Drive Is Live!

Join us for our fourth Food Fund Drive, running until November 30th, 2024! This year, donors have the option to support three incredible charities: Marion-Polk Food Share, Linn-Benton Food Share, and the Oregon Humane Society. To make your contribution go even further, we're excited to announce WVMLS will be matching donations. We'll match donations up to $10,000 for both Linn-Benton Food Share and Marion-Polk Food Share, and up to $7,500 for the Oregon Humane Society. Don't miss this opportunity to double your impact and help those in need!

Other Giving Options

Want to skip the online stuff and write a check instead? No problem! Checks payable to Marion Polk Food Share, Oregon Humane Society, or Linn Benton Food Share can be mailed or delivered to WVMLS. All donations received at WVMLS by Saturday, November 30th, 2024, will be eligible for WVMLS matching funds.

Want to donate goods or food instead of money? At the WVMLS Office there is a food barrel to donate food items, but we also encourage you to work with the local food pantry of your choice! Here are some links to get you started:

*WVMLS Matching Funds: Donations received by Saturday, November 30, 2024 will be totaled, and WVMLS will make a matching donation of up to $7,500 for Oregon Humane Society, $10,000 for Linn-Benton Food Share, and $10,000 for Marion-Polk Food Share.

Join Us Today For The Kickoff Of The 3rd Annual Food Fund Drive With The WVMLS Trunk or Treat!


🎃 Join Us for a Spooktacular Halloween Trunk or Treat Food Drive! 🎃


Date: Thursday, October 31

Time: 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Location: MVAR Office Parking Lot, 670 Hawthorne Ave


Get ready for a fun-filled evening of Halloween festivities! We’re hosting a Trunk or Treat Food Fund Drive, and we want you to be part of the excitement!


Event Highlights:

  • Games & Candy: Enjoy a variety of games and collect lots of candy.

  • Photo Booth: Capture your spooky memories at our photo booth.

  • Face Painting: Become your favorite character or animal within minutes!

  • Costumes: Don’t forget to dress up and bring your pets too!


How You Can Help:

  • Bring Non-Perishable Food Items: There will be canned food buckets at the event, all canned food will be split between Marion Polk Food Share, Linn Benton Food Share, and canned animal food to the Oregon Humane Society.

    • Note: For the Oregon Human Society – Please do not bring opened dried food. All food donations to the OHS need to be sealed, and never opened.

  • Monetary Donations: We will accept cash, and checks at the event (find the donation table)

  • QR Codes: Scan the QR codes at the event to directly donate to the GoFundMe’s for each charity.
